...What was I thinking when I colored his pants? Nothing.

He also has wings but I didn't draw them in.

His name is Chester Silvertalon. A creature called an Avid. I draw him a lot, too. His sword is named Medusa. He flosses with his sword. =D

EDIT: Okay, major edit. A lot of things bugged me and I did a rough, but major edit. I didn't want to mess with it that much.
